In a trio of hyper-shorts, The Factory explores a kinetic relationship that fights, fumbles, and literally flies its way through interlocking friction then separated bliss.

Conceived individually, the three separate chapters explore the power of modern filmmaking via three adventures in digital compositing. When woven together the shorts create Tri , an abstract ode to overcoming the impossible.

With this project, creators William Rees and JoEllen Martinson bravely "try" their hand at technologically-driven filmmaking, as the pair's on-screen characters struggle for power and pleasure in their trilogy of sexy-violent trysts.

Framed by single, double, and triple screens against fields of gallery-like whiteness, Tri is Candy Eye's artiest offering - a fashiony hybrid of upscale elegance and underground punk.
