Co-founder of the acclaimed video label The Candy Eye Factory, William Rees is also, independently, a TELLY and AEGIS award-winning media producer, creating and editing clean and clever video work for Carmichael Lynch, The Target Corporation and Best Buy Advertising since 2003.

With a background in art-direction and styling, William previously lent his talents to identity work for Tuscan resort-spa La Pievanella, to numerous ad campaigns for the Minneapolis based ad agency ab/Group One (American Express, Byerly's, Medtronic), and to the dreamy production design of the feature film festival hit Strange As Angels.

A double scholarship-winning graduate in Media Arts from The Minneapolis College of Art + Design, William's diverse experience in print and time-based pieces create strong, singular visuals both sharp and sly.
